Rena McCluskey

Rena McCluskey is a certified, “Life Coach/Motivational Speaker”.   Having this certification allows her to dedicate her next level of life toward empowering people toward positive decision that will produce positive change.  Rena also received her Associate’s Degree from the University of Georgia in Case Management. She has worked in the judicial system for several years as a Supervisor for the  CASA Program.  Rena McCluskey has utilized her management skills in the judicial system on day-to-day basis.  Her responsibility included maintaining and retrieving legal documents.  She assisted the Judge in communicating with families about court proceeding and guided them through the legal aid process.   Rena McCluskey has dedicated her life toward God’s purpose.  She is Elect Lady of Glorious New Jerusalem Universal Outreach Ministries.  This position has been dear to her heart as she continues to aid at risk youths’ and trouble families.  She has utilized her Real Estate knowledge to find home for homeless families.  Rena has developed youth programs to empower the youth.  These programs include motivation from Professional Athletes and professional speakers, such as, Commissioners, Judges, Lawyers, Council men and women, etc.  She counsels Newlyweds through the stages of Engagement and Marriage.  Rena McCluskey networks with several businesses and Community Leaders for her new outreach program, “Connecting Families”.  This Project will impact the Rome/Floyd and surrounding Counties to further stabilize families through basic learning skills and job development.  Rena‘s vision for the Connecting Families Program will help strengthen families in the communities by teaching basic life skills.  The Program’s goal is to motivate and inspire the delinquent juvenile, the at risk youth and their immediate family to be optimistic about challenges and difficult situations that may occur in their lives and to empower them to successful outcomes and productive citizenship.
